Kewalo Basin Improvements EIS and Entitlements

Client: Moffatt & Nichol, Hawai‘i Community Development Authority
Locaiton: Kaka‘ako, O‘ahu

EIS, Special Management Area Use Permit, and Conservation District Use Permit for a range of improvements to the 22-acre Kewalo Basin. Proposed upgrades include water, electric and wastewater systems, and replacement of the existing dock system to increase the number of vessel slips from 143 to 250.
