Honolulu Community College Long Range Development Plan and Plan Review Use Permit

As part of the Long Range Development Plan to look at the needs of the campus through 2040, HHF updated the HCC Plan Review Use (PRU) permit and guided it through the Planning Department to approval by the City Council.
