Planning report and NEPA and HEPA (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes Chapter 343) EA for Mōkapu Elementary School redevelopment project to assist HIDOE in association with its grant from the Department of Defense Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation to modernize the school through a Nationwide program to modernize Public Schools on Military Installations.
