Hilo Bayfront Trails Master Plan

Client: County of Hawai‘i, Department of Research and Development
Location: Hilo, Hawai‘i Island 

With information gathered from three community meetings in Hilo, HHF prepared a multi-use trail master plan for a three-mile stretch of the Hilo bayfront, from Hilo Harbor to the Wailuku River.
