Pu‘uhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park: Remove and Replace Park Maintenance Facilities EA

Location: Hōnaunau, Hawai‘i Island

NEPA EA for a project to remove existing maintenance and resource management functions located in substandard facilities in an area known to contain archaeological resources and build new facilities in a more suitable location. HHF evaluated impacts on key environmental issue areas in three sites at the park, prepared materials in support of the project's ESA Section 7 consultation, and prepared NEPA scoping meeting graphic materials and oversaw biological surveys for all proposed sites.
